Patrick is the best from both of his parents. Bone, substance, pretty head, pretty neck and shoulders, hard back and wonderful rear with a marvelous temperament and attitude galore. He is a Best In Sweeps winner, Variety over Specials, Winner's Dog and Best Of Winners at the 2002 Summer National at the tender age of 8 months. Patrick is now enjoying his retirement with Mike and Linda Pitts in Knoxville, Tennessee. Having been the Top WInning Cocker for 2003 and 2004, he started and ended his career with BIS at ASC. His wins also included Best of Breed at the 2003 Summer National, Variety at 2004 ASC and Best of Breed at the 2004 Summer National. He was #1 Cocker, #2 Sporting dog and #5 dog of All Breeds with a total of 42 Bests in Show and 157 Group Firsts.
We have been most pleased with his producing abilities as he has sired WD, RWD, WB, BW, BOS and two BIF winners all at the National and ASC. He has sired at least 31 champions with more on their way! Some have made their waves in other countries where they are not only champions in that country but winning Groups, BIS and BISS as well. One son has 4 championship titles, multiple BIS's and was the Group winner at Crufts in 2008.
Now, in 2009, Patrick himself went back to ASC as a Veteran and took his 3rd BIS. A History making win as Patrick is the first male cocker to have won BIS at ASC three times.
